Why We're Here
Grand New Flag was founded first and foremost to honor the memory of my father, Arnold J. Kauppinen. He served 2 combat tours in Vietnam (1966-68), in the Army's 196th Light Infantry Brigade. He will forever by my Hero. His sacrifice along with all those who have served is honored in 2 ways whenever we sell a patriotic flag, custom flag, flagpole, or any other product.
The 5% for Vets Fund is my promise to give back 5% of net profits each year to a non-profit organization that helps Veterans of the United States Armed Forces. In 2019 we officially adopted Dog Tags New York as our permanent non-profit of choice to give back to annually. We wholeheartedly support their mission to unite rescue dogs with Veterans in need of an emotional support dog.
All of our military flags, flagpoles, and patriotic flags are always 15% off for Veterans & Active Duty military as a thank you for their service and sacrifice for our great nation.
