Damaged or incorrect items Claims
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it is received. Claims for damages, incorrect items or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
For damaged items we may ask that you take pictures, if possible, of the shipping carton and product to assist us in filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
Returning damaged or incorrect item(s):
We will e-mail you a prepaid return label to ship the item back or you can use the Self Serve Portal by clicking HERE. Once the item is returned to us and inspected, we will ship your new/correct item(s) at no cost to you.
